The 2025 Miss Universe Philippines preliminary competition on Monday, April 28 saw the 66 candidates exuding elegance in the evening gown competition, with standouts including Winwyn Marquez, Gwendoline Meliz Soriano, Chelsea Fernandez, and Katrina Llegado.

Aside from the evening gown and swimsuit contests, the preliminary competition also held the individual interview of the candidates.
The swimsuit and evening gown competitions are crucial as the scores of the candidates in these events, as well as their individual interviews would determine whether they would be included in the semifinals.
The 2025 Miss Universe Philippines finals night will be held on May 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Prior to the coronation night, the candidates will compete in the national costume competition on April 30, which will coincide with the pageant’s charity gala.
