LOOK: Gabbi Garcia visits, donates to dog shelter ahead of birthday
Following the death of her pet dog of 13 years, Gabbi Garcia celebrated her birthday in advance by helping out other animals, as she visited and donated necessities to a shelter.
Garcia, who turns 22 tomorrow, Dec. 2, went to the Pawssion Project Foundation shelter on Nov. 29 to donate cat and dog food for the non-profit organization’s rescued animals.
“Heartfelt thanks to @gabbi who chose to celebrate her birthday and their beloved Sunshine’s life, by paying it forward through visiting our rescues and sharing their blessings to our fur friends at the shelter,” the organization stated on Instagram yesterday, Nov. 30.

Pawssion Project’s statement came with several photos of Garcia’s visit, with some showing that she was accompanied by her boyfriend, Khalil Ramos.

Sunshine, Garcia’s dog of over a decade, died on Nov. 18. The actress honored her pet the next day by making a heartfelt tribute, where she told Sunshine to “Run free in paradise.” JB
