Isabelle Daza sends donations from Hong Kong to typhoon victims in PH
Despite being in another country, Isabelle Daza has made an effort to collect donations to aid typhoon victims back home in the Philippines.
Daza, who is currently in Hong Kong, spent the weekend collecting relief goods for her “kababayans (countrymen) displaced by Typhoon Ulysses,” she stated on Instagram yesterday, Nov. 15.
“So grateful to everyone who came to help [and] donated,” the actress said.

Daza also shared a short yet heartwarming story of how the women who apparently helped her pack the donations declined being treated to lunch by her and instead asked for the money to also be donated.

The actress is one of many celebrities who have extended a helping hand to the victims of Typhoon Ulysses, which has been compared to 2009’s Typhoon Ondoy over the devastation it has brought to parts of Luzon. JB
