WATCH: Ivana Alawi takes on bus wash challenge to honor Lloyd Cadena’s wish

Ivana Alawi is among those in the vlogging community mourning the loss of YouTube sensation Lloyd Cadena.

Even if the two never met personally, the actress-vlogger hoped to extend help to the family he left behind through a vlog. In particular, one where she would take on a challenge that he wanted to do with her: to wash a bus.

Cadena addressed Alawi in one of his vlogs, where he dared her to wash a bus with him, and Alawi decided to honor his wish.

“Nakakalungkot man at hindi natin magagawa ng magkasama ito at wala ka dito sa tabi ko, itutuloy ko ang hamon mo dahil alam ko nanonood ka diyan sa heaven at masisiyahan ka dito,” she said on Facebook yesterday, Sept. 6, as reported by Inquirer Bandera.

Alawi appealed to viewers for only one thing in her bus wash challenge video: not to skip the ads so that earnings can go to his family.

The video posted yesterday has over 3.1 million views as of writing.

Cadena’s death at 26 was announced last Friday, Sept. 4. His relatives confirmed yesterday that he tested positive for the coronavirus before succumbing to a heart attack. JB
