Former SexBomb dancer Louise Bolton opens up on relationship with trans man

Louise Bolton, a former SexBomb dancer, proved that true love “has no gender” as she opened up on her relationship with a trans man.

Bolton’s partner, Dan Padilla, was among the trans men facing celebrity contestant Richard Yap on noontime show “Eat Bulaga!” during the “Bawal Judgmental” segment yesterday, July 11, as per Inquirer Bandera.

The dancer got a chance to talk about their relationship, stating that they have been together for 4 years.

Bolton said when they met, Padilla had not transitioned yet. She has been supportive of his transition and would give him testosterone injections.

When asked how she fell in love with him, she responded, “Doon talaga pumasok ‘yung love has no gender. Kapag nagmahal ka kasi hindi mo naman makikita ‘yan sa physical, age and sa ano ba? Siguro sa ugali. Sa ugali kasi ako tumitingin.”

(That’s where love had no gender really came in. When you love someone, you don’t see the physical [appearance], age and what? Maybe the attitude. I look at the attitude.)

She assured him, “Support ako sa ‘yo sa kahit anong mangyari, sa lahat ng gusto mong gawin. At siyempre ang pinagpe-pray ko lagi, happy ka. Maging happy ka lang palagi.”

(I support you whatever happens, in all that you want to do. And of course I always pray that you are happy. That you will always be happy.)

Padilla also gave her a message: “Support lang ako sa ‘yo kahit magulo na ‘yung mundo. Nandito lang ako.”
