Ruffa Gutierrez, KC Concepcion donate groceries, vegetables to 250 families in Parañaque
Actresses Ruffa Gutierrez and KC Concepcion, together with news anchor Karen Davila, donated groceries, fruits and vegetables to 250 families from incomeless communities in Parañaque, amid the COVID-19 crisis.
The donation drive spearheaded by Gutierrez’s friends, Garlic Garcia and Mikaela Martinez, distributed food in BF Homes through the initiative “#BFBayanihan.” Gutierrez posted a series of snapshots of the items to be distributed via her Twitter account yesterday, April 7.
The relief included canned goods, a bag of rice, salted crackers and vegetables, among other items. Gutierrez also greeted Concepcion, who celebrated her 35th birthday yesterday in quarantine.
