LOOK: KC Concepcion celebrates birthday in quarantine
KC Concepcion spent her special day alone this year due to the enhanced community quarantine, but she said her heart was “so full,” thanks to her loved ones. The actress-host turned a year older yesterday, April 7.
“I thought I would hate being alone on my birthday, BUT I was so wrong!” she said in her Instagram post on the same day.

“Because of those of you (whom I won’t mention one by one) who sent me such sweet, loving messages, and bring me ONLY good energy — I am soooo happy today,” she expressed. “You all make my heart so full!”
Along with the birthday greetings, the actress-host received decorated cakes to mark another year of her life.
“Never expected these [birthday] cakes!” she said while showing some of the pastries on her Instagram Stories. Concepcion did not name who sent them but still expressed her gratitude, calling them her “loves.”

In light of the social distancing advisories, Concepcion’s friends and fellow celebrities including Kylie Verzosa, Lovi Poe and stylist Adrianne Concepcion decided to celebrate her birthday with her via a video call.
“My girrrrls [and] our furbabies,” she said, referring to their respective pet dogs that joined their call.

Concepcion also stressed that “the sincere love from family & real friends is what matters most in life” despite not being able to see them in person on her birthday.
“There’s no better time to celebrate LIFE and the PEOPLE who matter, than now,” she added. /ra
