“Ngingitian kita kahit maingat,
Kahit may social distance, kahit may kaba,

Ngingitian kita.

“Ngingitian kita dahil baka katulad kita

O kaibigan. O anak. O magulang.
O kaagapay. O kapwa.

“Hindi man tumabla kapag ipinagsama-sama’y
Baka maging halos kasing-halaga
Ng kalahating-yakap man lang;
Kaya’t ngingitian kita at ngingitian kita,
At ngingitian kita.”

Morales, who also shared the video on Instagram said, “Sa susunod na lumabas ka para mamili ng supplies, o pag may dumaan sa may bahay niyo, ngitian niyo din sila. Salamat, frontliners. Kita namin kayo.”

(The next time you go out to get supplies, or if someone passes by your house, give them a smile. Thank you frontliners. We see you.)
