KC Concepcion on reaching her body goals: ‘One step at a time’

While KC Concepcion works hard toward her fitness goals, she appears to be in no rush and says she is achieving them “one step at a time.”

“Our bodies change whether we like it or not, and it’s [up to] us to better ourselves,” she said on her Instagram page yesterday, March 4. She accompanied her post with a photo of her in a lilac bikini top, which showed off her fit physique.

The actress-host, who stood up to negative comments about her body in the past, also had a positive message for her followers.

“Never let anybody bring you down — they don’t know what battles you’re facing, and frankly, they don’t care,” she said. “But YOU have the choice to be kind. YOU are taking steps to better yourself.”

Prior to her post, Concepcion had been uploading other photos of her enjoying the island’s spots while in different swimsuits. Embracing her figure, she posed in a dark-orange-toned bathing suit while on board a “paraw” (outrigger sailboat). She described the boat as her “[front-row] seat for the classic Boracay golden hour.”

Concepcion also stunned in a black one-piece swimsuit as she lounged on the island’s white sand, as seen in a separate post.

“Always at my happiest by the sea,” she said.

Concepcion previously revealed in 2017 that she had to put more effort into losing weight since she was sensitive to “chemicals, supplements and sugar.”  /ra
