LOOK: Jake Cuenca, Kylie Verzosa mark 1st anniversary on his birthday
Actor Jake Cuenca could add another thing he is grateful for on his 32nd birthday. Aside from celebrating the day of his birth, Cuenca also marked the first year of his relationship with beauty queen Kylie Verzosa.
The lovely couple jetted off to Singapore after Christmas to enjoy some quality time together. Cuenca and Verzosa went to an Italian restaurant for a romantic dinner. The actor thanked Verzosa for making his day extra special on his Instagram account today, Dec. 30. Cuenca got a multi-layered chocolate cake slice while he sat beside his girlfriend.
“32 years old and happy 1 year to us,” Cuenca said. “We will make [our] dreams come true together.”

Singapore only appears to be the couple’s “first stop” in their romantic holiday getaway. Cuenca and Verzosa made no attempts to hide their love for each other as they kissed on a bridge to announce their arrival in the country yesterday, Dec. 29. Cuenca also thanked Versoza for his new sneakers.

The couple officially confirmed their relationship last September on the TV talk show “Tonight with Boy Abunda”. Prior to the interview, the two have been spotted attending public events and traveling together. Cuenca said he and Verzosa became close after working together in the TV adaptation of a Precious Hearts Romances series entitled “Los Bastardos“.
Meanwhile, the Miss International 2016 winner became one of the hosts of the aforementioned beauty contest last November in Japan. Verzosa was able to support and applaud the Philippines’ representative, Bea Patricia “Patch” Magtanong for her wonderful performance during the pageant. Magtanong finished as part of the top eight candidates in Miss International 2019. JB
