Marjorie Barretto ‘broken’ over dad Miguel’s death

MANILA, Philippines — Marjorie Barretto expressed how “broken” she felt on Wednesday, a day after her father Miguel passed away.

“Oh Dad. It’s so painful losing you,” the former actress said in an Instagram post.

“I feel so broken. Thank you for loving me and being the greatest grandfather to my children,” she added.

Marjorie also told her father that he can “rest now in heaven where you can breathe freely, sing, dance and play golf.”

She also had one request to Miguel: “Please watch over my children.”

“I love you so much. I love you I love you I love you Daddy. I will miss you everyday,” she said.

Marjorie’s children Claudia, Leon and Dani also shared their best memories with their grandfather, who they affectionately called “Pikey,” as seen on their Instagram stories.

Miguel died on Tuesday at the age of 82, as seen on his youngest daughter Claudine’s Instagram post. /muf
