Jopay Paguia looked back on her career as a former member of the dance group SexBomb Girls, while paying tribute to the upcoming 40 years of the noontime TV variety program “Eat Bulaga”.
Paguia posted throwback photos of herself with her fellow SexBomb members at the “Eat Bulaga” studio, via Instagram today, July 28.
“Happy 40th anniversary @eatbulaga1979.
(Happy 40th anniversary, “Eat Bulaga”! It was the year 1999 when SexBomb Dancers were first seen in the longest-running noontime show in the country. The group became very famous, had hit albums, and was given an afternoon TV series “Daisy Siete” which lasted for seven years.)

(This is why I want to thank “Eat Bulaga” because you all gave color and direction to our lives. Because of you, we became widely known and “Daisy Siete” became famous. Because of you, SexBomb Girls became well-known.)

The former SexBomb Girls member cited Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Tito Sotto, TAPE Inc. executive Malou Choa-Fagar and APT Entertainment chairman Antonio Tuviera as the reasons why the group became famous. She said they are her inspiration to work hard.
