LOOK: Karel Marquez gushes about mom Pinky’s ‘heartfelt love’

Karel Marquez was visited by her mother, veteran actress Pinky Marquez, recently to assist in taking care of her newly born baby Kobe, and she had nothing but words of admiration for her mom.

Marquez gushed about Pinky’s “heartfelt love,” via an Instagram post yesterday, July 22. The post showed Pinky cradling baby Kobe who was born last June.

“I appreciate my mom… She’s with me in times of celebrating, happiness and wonderful photo memories,” she said. “But she’s WITH me in MORE important days like in times of need.”

“Even with small things like when she visits our home, she makes sure I AM OKAY, helps me with anything from home stuff to Kobe, and do all the ‘not so Instagram worthy’ things (dirty work lol!),” Marquez added. 

Karel said Pinky’s visit “hit [her] heart in a good way,” especially because Pinky prioritizes their comfort. She also spoke about inheriting Pinky’s way of expressing love, “I didn’t ask her to do anything. It’s heartfelt love. Indeed, I got it from my mama.”

The singer-actress further stated that she will make sure baby Kobe will grow up with empathy, kindness and a good heart, like his elder siblings Keiley and Kyler.

Kobe is Karel’s first child with her second husband, businessman Sean Fariñas. JB
