Pia Wurtzbach recovers from finger injury

Pia Wurtzbach has fully recovered from an injury she had sustained in her pinky finger on the right hand.

“So I’ve been wearing this splint for almost [four] weeks now and tomorrow it finally comes off! I broke my pinky finger,” she said via Instagram Stories yesterday, July 16.

She said she was happy to recover from the injury, since it will allow her to take the splint off and pose without having to hide her right hand. Wurtzbach has been sharing photos of her that did not show her affected hand.

The beauty queen did not waste time getting back to work after having her splint removed. She shared a behind-the-scenes moment of her in a photo shoot yesterday, saying, “AND NOW making a comeback appearance… my right hand!”

Wurtzbach did not elaborate on how she sustained the injury, which happened four weeks ago.

Aside from her work as a model, Wurtzbach is currently working on an upcoming movie where she will be starring alongside Vhong Navarro. No further details about the film have been disclosed.  /ra
