Donny Pangilinan ‘surprised’ by Kisses Delavin’s statement on end of DonKiss
Donny Pangilinan reacted to actress Kisses Delavin’s statement on Sunday, June 16, that their love team was over.
The 21-year-old actor posted tweets on Tuesday, June 18, which seemed to pertain to the situation, as per fans’ speculations.
“I’m trying my best. Ang hirap din minsan. Hindi po kami robot (It is hard sometimes. We are not robots),” he tweeted.
A follow-up tweet assured fans that he was OK. “Just needed to acknowledge how I felt. My best and our best is never gonna [be] enough if not for Him. I’m okay guys, love you.”

“But let’s please respect her statement. I sincerely wish Kisses and her family the best. Let’s not fault find. Let’s all support each other at this time.”
Delavin said on Sunday that “DonKiss” had “long been over.” She claimed that DonKiss fans had planned to make an appeal for their partnership at ABS-CBN and said she did not support a “fandom war.”
Pangilinan and Delavin appeared together in the 2018 movie “Walwal” and the sitcom “Playhouse.”
The so-called “fandom war” may be referring to some fans who have expressed support for Pangilinan and his MYX VJ co-host Sharlene San Pedro, naming their potential team-up “SharDon.” /ra
