PBB alum Joe Vargas says Gerald Anderson is ‘friend of the year’ for support in business ventures
Pinoy Big Brother alumnus and actor Joe Vargas has been a proud business owner of Longga Joe’s, a food stall that sells longganisa cooked in different ways, for two years.
Despite the highs and lows of Vargas’ business ventures, he has always been backed by his friend Gerald Anderson. Vargas thanked the fellow actor for his support, as seen in his Instagram post on Tuesday, June 18.
“Lucky to have friends where u won’t have to ask for anything…. Literally,” Vargas said. “My bro who supported us from our first food park in Buendia, to our 2nd in [Quezon City] up to closing everything down which really affected us physically and emotionally.”
The actor spoke warmly about his friendship with Anderson, saying, “He was the one of few who knew everything about everything that happened and supported us even MORE until we FINALLY OPEN (sic) OUR SM MARIKINA BRANCH.”
“[Of course] he [didn’t] miss out on our first day which really made him THE FRIEND OF THE YEAR. [Can’t] thank u enough for everything, brother,” Vargas exclaimed.
Vargas and Anderson opened a gym together in March called The Th3rd Floor in Quezon City. NVG
