WATCH: Nadine Lustre steps up hip-hop moves in trailer for dance film ‘Indak’

“Indak” dropped its trailer on Friday, June 7, to reveal more details about the dance film starring Nadine Lustre and Sam Concepcion.

Lustre is Jen, an island girl with a passion for dance. She encounters Vin (Concepcion), a member of hip-hop group Indak Pinas.

He invites her to take a leap of faith and join the crew, which is set to compete in an international dance competition. While she leaves her old life and family behind, Jen also needs to step up her confidence and believe in herself if she wants to achieve her dreams.

It also stars Julian Trono, Andrew Muhlach and G-Force dancers.

The film is directed by Paul Basinillo and is set to premiere in August.  /ra
