JaDine to star in remake of Korean film ‘Spellbound’
MANILA, Philippines — James Reid and Nadine Lustre are making a comeback in the big screen with the remake of the Korean film “Spellbound.”
Viva Entertainment, the actors’ agency, announced the news via its official website on Monday.
The announcement came after Reid withdrew from the upcoming “Pedro Penduko” film because of his spine injury and medical treatments.
“Spellbound” is a 2011 horror and romantic comedy film starring Son Ye-jin and Lee Min-ki.
It tells the story of a magician who falls in love with a woman who can see spirits.
This will be JaDine’s comeback project together after their award-winning film “Never Not Love You” helmed by Antoinette Jadaone which premiered in March 2018. (Editor: Mike U. Frialde)
