Actress Yam Concepcion celebrated her birthday in New York with her long-term boyfriend Miguel CuUnjieng.
The actress is taking a well-deserved break after “Halik,” where she starred as a kontrabida and which was wrapped up in April.
Concepcion shared on her Facebook last May 16 that she was in New York, posting pictures of her and her long-distance boyfriend reunited in the Big Apple.
Concepcion has since been soaking up the best of New York’s culture and sights the past week: As per her Instagram, she caught a showing of the play “King Lear,” hit the gym, met a childhood friend and went fishing with her boyfriend.
On Saturday, May 25, she proudly shared her fishing haul: “Caught my first striped bass today not to mention a sea robin, bluefish and a six foot migaru.”
On her birthday on May 27, Concepcion posted a picture of her and CuUnjieng enjoying wine on a beach in the Hamptons.
“Went off road and found this secret spot here in the Hamptons. We got the whole place to ourselves! Wonderful.”
They then went to Wölffer Estate Vineyard where she had “a bottle of summer to celebrate 1603 days with the LOML (love of my life) + it’s my birthday.”
CuUnjieng is a sustainability consultant based in the US. He and Concepcion have been in a relationship for about four years.
She revealed on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” last August that they had kept their relationship going with constant communication. /ra
