Liza Soberano undergoes third finger surgery
Liza Soberano has undergone another surgery to help repair her finger that was injured while shooting the television series “Bagani” last August 2018.

Her brother, Justin, posted a photo via Instagram Stories yesterday, May 18, showing Soberano’s injured finger.
“Very happy that the surgery went great! To my brave sister get well soon we love you so much!” he said.

The injury is the main reason why the actress had backed out of the “Darna” movie project wherein she was set to play the titular role of the superhero.
In a previous interview with ABS-CBN, she explained the details of her injury.
“I fractured my right index finger po. As in nadurog po yung buto, the top part and the bottom, and also my joint,” she said.
The project is still set to continue without the actress as auditions for the next woman to take on the role of Darna have been conducted by Star Cinema last May 4 and 5. Ryan Arcadio/JB
