Kris Aquino, sons fly to ‘happy place’ to celebrate 48th birthday

Kris Aquino turns 48 today, Feb. 14, and where else to celebrate her birthday but in her “happy place,” Japan.
Aquino and sons Josh and Bimby flew to Japan ahead of her birthday, as per her recent post on social media that showed her and Bimby inside the airplane.
“The family is complete,” she wrote via Instagram on Feb. 13.

Aquino celebrated her 48th birthday intimately with her sons in the early hours of Feb. 14. In her post today, she shared pictures of the three of them sitting around a traditional short-legged Japanese table with a cake and a bouquet of flowers. Aquino sat in the middle while her sons flanked her, kissing her on both sides of the cheeks.
“God already granted me much more than I could ever wish for,” she wrote. “He gave me the 2 of you… I now realize each additional birthday God gifts me with, will be my #bestbirthdayever.”
She also wished her fans and followers a happy Valentine’s Day.

Aquino did not forget to remember her mom, the late former President Corazon Aquino, who she paid homage to on her birthday.
“I love you and I miss you,” Aquino wrote in an Instagram post. “Thanks Mom, this should actually be your day. February 14, 1971 at 11:42 PM you gave the world Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino.”
