Nico Bolzico discusses dealing with ‘wifezilla’ during ‘the period’

“Bullied Husbands Club” founder Nico Bolzico, known for his advice on marriage, shared tips on how to deal with a wife during her “time of the month.”

“It is very important for a husband to be aware of that period and understand that her period is also his period,” Bolzico, husband of “wifezilla” Solenn Heussaff, wrote Tuesday in a lengthy Instagram post.
Bolzico said he knew that this was a “taboo topic,” which was why he decided to address it.
During these days, wives may “ovary-react a bit, but that’s ok!” He said it was the husbands’ responsibility to adapt to their situation.
“To avoid husbands to be murdered during this period,” Bolzico listed a few things to remember when “Wifezillas hit CAPSLOCK in emotions.”
First off, the list is to understand that this is not a joke as women feel “bloated and in pain” noting “There’s no way, us, men, can handle that every month, so show some respect.”
He also advised husbands to never let your wife be hungry as “a woman in her period and hungry can be a deadly combination.”
“She can easily turn into a T-Rex and we all watched Jurassic Park. We advise to check levels of hungriness every 30 to 45 mins, this can vary depending on the breed of your #Wifezilla,” he added.
Another thing to note is to “make sure you take care of ALL house tasks, not just the usual ones.”
Lastly, he said: “Be a man and buy tampons or those special towels that absorb the blood! Make sure there is enough inventory for at least 2 decades.”
Running out of these, he said, “can lead to an apocalypse, just watch Terminator 2 and you will understand.”
