“As an artist, I want to love each project I work in their own special way, but this feels like the most ‘me’ an album has ever felt. It just feels like super close to home,” she said.

Grande, Billboard’s 2018 Woman of the Year, added: “I don’t feel like I stepped out of my comfort zone. I feel like I found it.”

The episode featured production of songs and videos of Grande’s hits “God is a Woman” and “The Light is Coming.”
