LOOK: Actress Lara Quigaman gives birth to second child

Actress and former beauty queen Lara Quigaman gave birth to her second child on Monday night.

Her husband, Marco Alcaraz, posted on Instagram stories with a sneak photo of their newborn son, Tobias Nolan.

“Thank you Lord. … Thank you for all the prayers,” Alcaraz wrote on the photo.
