Precious Lara Quigaman expecting second baby boy: ‘I’ve dreamt of you even before I found out about you’

The Miss International 2005 titleholder and “Bagani” actress Precious Lara Quigaman first shared with her friends and family what her next baby will be, via a gender reveal party last Sunday, July 29.

A few hours ago today, July 31, Quigaman shared with her fans via Instagram a sonogram clip of the child. She said that while most people wanted her and husband Marco Alcaraz to have a girl, she nevertheless felt joyful about having another boy: “[B]ut I have dreamt of you even before I found out about you! I have always known in my heart that you are a baby boy!”

Quigaman shared more about her pregnancy in her personal blog, laraquigaman.com. She recalled that she cried upon discovering about her pregnancy through a home pregnancy test, “not because I didn’t want it, but because I wasn’t expecting it.”
“While the good news was very much welcomed, it was unplanned and we felt [it] came at the wrong time as I was doing [two] regular shows that just started,” the actress wrote. “[B]ut who are we to question God’s plan?”
And what do Quigaman and Alcaraz plan to name their new baby? He will be called Tobias Nolan. Tobias means “God is good” while Nolan stands for “champion,” she explained.
Quigaman is due to give birth this September. JB
