Vice Ganda’s meeting with Pokwang’s baby Malia triggered funny reactions from the surprised infant.
Pokwang recently took her baby Malia to the studio. The baby girl finally got to meet her two titas, Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis. Pokwang later shared the meeting in an Aug. 9 Instagram post with the caption, “ay wakas nagkita narin sila tita @praybeytbenjamin and tita @annecurtissmith hahahahahaa ang saya naman.”
In the first shot, baby Malia wore a terrified expression on her face, while Curtis and Vice smiled at the camera. Vice quickly noticed this and gave Malia a blank look. The baby appeared to calm down at this. Meanwhile, Curtis continued to smile as if oblivious to the interaction between Malia and Vice.
After a brief respite, Malia once again wore an expression as if she was about to cry out loud in fear when Vice came in closer for another photo.
Dawn Zulueta noticed Malia’s reaction and started teasing Vice. She wrote that Malia looked like she didn’t feel comfortable around Vice.
Pokwang quipped Malia was just star-struck–that the person she regularly saw on TV was now in front of her.
Zulueta went with the flow and suggested Malia’s tears were in fact tears of joy.
On the other hand, Vice chimed in that Malia was actually feeling imminent danger from him.
Zulueta teased that Vice might be right since he had such a venomous beauty.
Pokwang gave birth to Malia last January. She is the comedienne’s third child, but her first with partner American actor Lee O’Brian. /ra
