Jung So-min to star in remake of hit Japanese series

“Because This is My First Life” lead actress Jung So-min will be back in the spotlight through the upcoming drama series tentatively titled “100 Million Stars From the Sky” on cable channel tvN.

The new series is a remake of the hit Japanese Fuji TV series “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” which aired there in 2002. The plot centers on a chef and a writer who are destined to fall in love with each other, K-Pop Herald reports.

Jung rose to stardom when she starred in the hit drama series “Father is Strange” in 2017. She is currently in a romantic relationship with her co-star, actor Lee Joon.
