I fondly call him Uncle Pete. Although, he was not technically my uncle.. He was not only my stepfather.. He was the father figure in my life and a great inspiration.. I was not his biological daughter but he and his family treated me & my brother like their own. I will always be truly grateful to the Vera Perez family.. One of the families I knew growing up & continues to have a great influence in my life. From the time I was 3 years old to the time I got married, till now. Thank you for the love and kindness.. Uncle Pete helped my mom guide me, loved my brother & I through the years. Unfortunately, 8 years ago we lost him due to a severe stroke and that was the last time he could understand us. It still hurts today, to physically loose him forever in our lives. He was such a free spirited person, with such a kind heart. I know he is roaming freely and happily in heaven now. We truly miss you Uncle Pete.. 😥 Thank you for being a father to me & my brother!! You will forever be in our hearts.. We love you very very very much !!! May you Rest In Peace..🙏🏻 🙏🏻Uncle Pete.. 🙏🏻ADVERTISEMENT
