Months after losing one of her twins, Saab Magalona is honoring her baby daughter in the best way possible.

The “Cheats” singer and blogger revealed that she and her family launched the Luna Isabel Memorial Fund on Saturday via her Instagram. She was joined by husband Jim Bacarro, his parents Bing and Gerry, Magalona’s mom Pia and the rest of her clan.

Magalona also shared the fund has launched its first project in partnership with Kythe Foundation. According to its official website, the foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of life of hospitalized kids with cancer and other chronic illnesses.

In line with the project, the Quirino Memorial Medical Center named its pediatric playroom after Luna. The fund will also help pay for the staff and materials to have the kids get ample play time.

Bacarro shared in his Instagram Story kids gathering together for the fund’s launch.
