Jackie Forster ‘kilig’ on date with Andre Paras, reminisces about Kobe’s meeting with half-siblings
Jackie Forster seems to be reveling in her second lease on motherhood as she posts more updates of her renewed relationship with sons Andre and Kobe Paras.
The former actress, who now resides in the United States with her new family, shared that eldest son Andre, 22, treated her to a movie date.
The mother and son posed for a selfie against a life-size stand of “Avengers: Infinity War.”
“I haven’t been as excited as I was last night for a date night,” gushed Jackie. “Mama was so kilig to have such a handsome date. Guwapo and bait talaga ni Kuya Andre (Kuya Andre is so handsome and kind).”
“All grown up paying for our movie and my coffee. My heart is so full,” she mused.
The actress also revealed that Kobe, 20, met her three children from her second marriage. She posted a photo of her second son holding her youngest kids’ hands as they walked toward a restaurant in California.
She said of the cheerful meeting: “The night they met, from the moment they all ran to hug Kuya Kobe for the first time until we walked to the car and restaurant agawan sila who will hold Kuya’s hand!”
She said that her youngest son Yohan was the most possessive. “He refers to Kobe as ‘my Kuya Kobe’ and will elbow you if you try to take Kuya’s hand before him!”
The reunion comes after Jackie’s public spats with ex-husband Benjie Paras and his second wife, Lyxen Diomampo, who had custody of the two boys. Andre and Kobe also expressed a need for “space” from their mother throughout her attempts to reach out.
After over a decade of being estranged, it seems the mother and sons are happy playing catch-up on their relationship. /ra
