Reid has started training for his fight scenes. Actors who played Pedro Penduko include Efren Reyes Sr. and Ramon Zamora. However, the iconic character reached the height of fame when it was given life by singer-comedian Janno Gibbs, who did two versions of the film. Kapamilya actor Matt Evans took Pedro Penduko from the big screen to the television through the hit series “Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko.”

Unlike other superheroes, Pedro Penduko is a normal human being but has exceptional resourcefulness and wit in battling evil forces. He is aided by an amulet that he uses to fight his enemies. /ra
