LOOK: Ryan Reynolds offers 1st glance of new ‘Deadpool 2’ character Domino

A year away from the much-anticipated sequel of Marvel’s “Deadpool,” Ryan Reynolds continues to show fans what’s in store for the new film.

After teasing a facade of the infamous X-Mansion—while also mocking co-star Josh Broilin’s newfound physique—the 40-year-old actor introduced the sequel’s latest addition, the character “Domino” played by Zazie Beetz.

Marvel fans, of course, are no stranger to the X-Force mutant, who often aids Cable (played by Brolin) in the comics.

FEATURED STORIES

An ode to the first promo image of Reynolds as the beloved “Merc with a Mouth,” Domino lies down in the same room near the same fireplace as the original photo.

But instead of lounging on a bear rug, the shaggy-haired antihero is seen lying on a Deadpool suit.

“Some people just know how to work a red carpet,” Reynolds captioned the post.

Aside from Beetz and Brolin, Deadpool 2 will mark the return of T.J. Miller and Brianna Hildebrand as Weasel and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, respectively.

The film premieres on June 1, 2018. /ra
