Fresh from topping the list of FHM’s 100 sexiest women for 2016, Jessy Mendiola is marking her debut as the cover girl of the September issue of the premiere men’s magazine.

Prior to being named the “sexiest woman in the country,” Mendiola blew up social media with multiple beach photos from her Instagram account.

Despite the prestigious title, the 23-year-old Kapamilya actress received flak from netizens for her controversial remarks in her acceptance speech during the FHM victory party last July.

Mendiola has been a staple in the FHM’s annual list of the country’s 100 Sexiest Women since 2011.
From her initial rank of #85, she rose to #33 in 2012, then #13 in 2013. She dropped to #24 but again climbed a notch to #23 last year.
