‘Horror Queen’ Lilia Cuntapay passes away

Actress Lilia Cuntapay, dubbed as the “Horror Queen” in the Philippine film industry, passed away on Saturday morning at the age of 81, radio DZMM reported.

Cuntapay, who suffered from a spinal cord ailment, died in her son’s home in Pinili, Ilocos Norte.

In a video that recently surfaced online, Cuntapay appealed for help from showbiz personalities to cope with her medical expenses.
