Lorin Gutierrez buys own luxury car at 20: ‘Unbelievably proud of myself’

Lorin Gutierrez-Bektas, 20, could not seem to contain her joy as she revealed that she had bought her first car, a Mercedes Benz, and paid its full amount in cash.

Lorin shared her latest achievement through a video shown on her TikTok page on Tuesday, Sept. 19.

“I just got to school and wanted to do a little touch up makeup, while giving you guys the huge life update that I did buy my very first car at 20 years old. It is fully paid for by me and I bought it in cash,” she said.

“I got this car about a week ago and wanted to wait a little bit, drive it around, make sure I loved it before I announced it or told anyone about it,” she said. “It’s a Mercedes Benz GLA 250 and she is perfect.”

The celebrity offspring further disclosed that the specific vehicle had been on her vision board, admitting she initially thought it was impossible for her to acquire such.

“I didn’t think it would be possible to do it but with some hard work, prayer, manifestation… I got it done,” she stated. “This is the biggest, most expensive thing I’ve ever bought myself and it was definitely a scary decision to make…but I believe it’s a really good investment for me. I’m happy with the car and I’m really proud of myself that I was able to do this.”

Lorin then looked back at her teenage years “when life got really hard,” and thanked her followers and everyone who supported her on her “journey of growth and blessings.”

“I have my own car. I’m so unbelievably proud of myself,” she said. “If there’s a goal that you wanna reach, if there is something that you wanna that right now feels impossible, I’m letting you know—with the right amount of dedication, hard work, prayers and love—it is possible.”

Lorin’s mom and uncle, actress Ruffa Gutierrez and Raymond Gutierrez, and actress Angelina Cruz were among those who expressed their happiness over Lorin’s achievement.
