Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters embraced confidence as she showed off her post-pregnancy body at the beach for a cosmetics campaign shoot.

The beauty queen, who welcomed her first child in October, soaked up the sun while donning a peach bikini top, as seen on her Instagram page yesterday, March 23.

“Proud of myself for going against every bone in my body and saying yes to a shoot on the beach four months after having a baby,” she said.

Peters spoke about how her decision to do the campaign allowed her to “grow as a person.”

“It’s a wonderful thing to step out of your comfort zone every once in a while because it’s only then you really grow as a person,” she added.

Peters then thanked the team behind the shoot, adding how they made her “feel brave and empowered all over again.”

Peters is the wife of Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte. They got married in a civil ceremony in July last year, after seven years of being together. JB
