Gladys Reyes’s father suffers from heart attack, now recovering at hospital

Gladys Reyes revealed that her father has recently suffered from a heart attack and has been rushed to the hospital, where he is currently confined.

Reyes expressed that the incident was challenging but she thanked God that her “father was able to recover, as if nothing happened,” she posted on Instagram yesterday, Jan. 12.

The actress recalled that after he started experiencing severe chest pains, her sister took him to the hospital where she and other relatives just followed.

“But the doctors confirmed, he had an attack. He’s still confined for some tests and had another chest pain again [2 a.m.] this morning,” she shared.

Reyes, who admitted that she is a “certified Papa’s girl,” meanwhile lamented that they are not allowed to visit her father as per hospital rules due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Kept telling him, his grandchildren need him, to help us, guide them. To spend more bonding moments with him. Praying for his total recovery,” she said.

The actress then expressed her gratitude to her husband, cousins and her sister for helping her get through these tough times. JB
