WATCH: Janella Salvador sings ‘La Vie en Rose’ for son Jude

Janella Salvador gave a glimpse of her new life as a mother as she serenaded baby Jude with a simple rendition of “La Vie en Rose.”
The first-time mom shared the sweet moment through a black-and-white video of Jude on her Instagram page last Sunday, Jan. 10.
“Hold me close and hold me fast / The magic spell you cast / This is la vie en rose,” Salvador croons.
As Jude listens to his mom’s singing, he later smiles from ear to ear. This eventually prompts Salvador to giggle while she continues to serenade him.

Salvador also asked Jude if he was trying to sing along when he cooed during the tender mother-and-son moment.
“Life with you will always be la vie en rose (life in pink),” she later tells Jude.
Salvador revealed that she welcomed baby Jude with her boyfriend, Markus Paterson, via a vlog post on Jan. 5. The nearly 28-minute video showed their journey leading up to their son’s birth in the United Kingdom last October.
Prior to introducing Jude, the two only confirmed their relationship last September. The couple are currently raising baby Jude in the UK. /ra
