John Krasinski reunited with some of his “The Office” co-stars to surprise two fans, after he officiated their impromptu online wedding.

Krasinski invited the couple, Susan and John, on the latest episode of his web series called “Some Good News” after watching a video of their proposal. The actor included the clip of the proposal in his show, which was posted on YouTube earlier today, May 11.

John had popped the question to Susan at a gas station in Maryland, United States, similar to how Krasinski’s character, Jim Halpert, proposed to Pam Beesly, who was portrayed by Jenna Fischer.

After playing the clip, Krasinski surprised the couple by saying he had gotten ordained online and will be officiating their wedding during their call. Krasinski also made sure to invite Susan and John’s parents along with their best friends to participate in the surprise ceremony.

Before he began the wedding, Krasinski nominated himself as John’s best man and called Fischer to serve as Susan’s maid of honor for the impromptu event. Krasinski then invited singer Zac Brown to perform as a “backup plan” to what would have been Susan’s walk down the aisle with her father.

“There’s only one way out of this wedding,” Krasinski said after the couple kissed. “And Susan and John, because you elegantly ripped off our proposal, I think it’s only fitting that you rip off the wedding too.”

Krasinski’s fellow “The Office” cast members, such as Steve Carell and Mindy Kaling, suddenly joined the call and started dancing to Chris Brown’s 2007 track “Forever” from their own homes. The dance is a nod to the wedding of Krasinski’s character in the sixth season of the popular TV series.

“The Office” released its first episode back in March 2005 and aired its finale in May 2013, after nine seasons. JB
