Camille Prats, who admitted to being conscious of her figure before, proudly showed off her beach body while vacationing in El Nido, Palawan.

“I used to be so conscious of my body because of the industry I work in, during my teenage years, if they think you’re not thin enough, you don’t get the role, harsh noh?” she said in her Instagram post yesterday, Dec. 2.

Prats also revealed that she used to be “super conscious” with what she wore because she was cautious of what others may say about her body. She even pointed out that people would usually ask her why she looked fat on TV but was actually slim in person.

Despite the changes her body has gone through, Prats has accepted all of them, especially after acknowledging that she has already given birth to three children. She then advised her fans and followers to be confident of their own figures as well.

“Wear that dress you’ve been wanting to wear but has been hesitating to because of what others might say, dress up for yourself not for others,” she stated. “Start working out and eating right because you want to be healthy, not because you want to look good for others.”

“Do things for you, life is too short to think about what others may say,” Prats stressed. “Be comfortable in your own body even when others make you feel otherwise.”

She also reminded her followers to keep fighting and to “keep doing what makes you happy and you’ll definitely rock it!”

Prats has two kids, Nala and Nolan, with husband VJ Yambao. Her eldest child Nathaniel is her son with former husband Anthony Linsangan, who died of cancer in 2011. JB
