MANILA, Philippines — The Optical Media Board (OMB) has tapped the help of the Philippine National Police – Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) to stop the piracy of the Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards-starrer “Hello, Love, Goodbye.”

“Over the weekend, OMB received an alarming amount of reports on the proliferation of download and streaming links of the movie Hello, Love, Goodbye,” OMB said Friday in a statement.

“The OMB has collected and collated all reports, as well as the links, and have forwarded these to the PNP-ACG for their appropriate disposition,” it added.

While it appreciates the public’s move to report piracy, OMB also urged them to send these directly to the PNP-ACG for immediate action.

“The Optical Media Board recognizes and appreciates the vigilance of the Filipino people in reporting to this agency instances of both physical and online piracy,” OMB said.

“We urge the public to continuously report download and streaming links of movies and TV series directly to the PNP-ACG for a more immediate action,” it added.

“Hello, Love, Goodbye” is a film under ABS-CBN’s film production outfit Star Cinema which premiered last July 31. /muf
