It was a shining, shimmering, splendid weekend as families celebrated the opening of Disney’s Aladdin at “A Wondrous Place” with Globe Postpaid! Held at SM Aura Premier in BGC on May 25-26, 2019, the event dazzled guests with awesome sights and sounds as they experienced what it felt like to be in the midst of a souk street market.

The different booths allowed guests to take their photos as they rode through the diamond sky on a magic carpet ride, customize their own jewelry, support locally-made sustainable products, build sand castles, and search for Genie and his magical lamp. For every booth activity accomplished, they received gold coins which they exchanged for movie passes to Disney’s Aladdin!

Aside from shopping for eco-friendly alternatives, customers continued to show their support for the environment at the Perfect Pledge booth. They readily donated trees – each worth P100 via GCash – to support the Hineleban Foundation’s efforts to restore rainforests in Mindanao. For every donation, the pledge wall slowly grew to a lush forest, portraying how every step, no matter how small, can do wonders for the environment.

With all these exciting activities at “A Wondrous Place”, Globe Postpaid definitely made it a memorable weekend for its customers. Stay tuned to the latest promos by visiting globe.com.ph/postpaid or following Globe ICON on Facebook and Instagram.
