Swollen ankles, broken toilet seats: Jessica Simpson pokes fun at pregnancy woes
Jessica Simpson has dedicated her Instagram to share her most candid and honest pregnant moments including a mishap at the bathroom.
The singer shared on Instagram today, Feb. 13, a picture of her holding up her toilet seat. “Warning…Don’t lean back on the toilet when pregnant,” she advised.

Simpson, 38, is expecting her third child with husband Eric Johnson, a retired National Football League (NFL) player.
Throughout her pregnancy journey, Simpson has been detailing some struggles she has faced, from her feet swelling to acid reflux.
Prior to breaking the toilet seat, she shared that she had just bought a sleep recliner to deal with her severe pregnancy acid reflux.

In January, she sought help from people on social media when she posted a picture of her very swollen feet. “Any remedies?! Help!!!!” she wrote.

She settled for cupping therapy, which brought back her “skankles,” or “skinny ankles.”
Simpson also experienced sciatica, or back pain due to the sciatic nerve, and to add to that, three weeks of bronchitis, she said on Feb. 4.
Besides fighting off her illnesses and pregnancy pains while waiting for her baby girl, Simpson has kept busy with her own line of maternity clothes, she announced last Feb. 5 on her social media accounts.

Sharing a picture of her two kids in their school uniforms last week, she wrote, “The one thing that gets me through this pregnancy is knowing I will get another one of these cuties.” /ra
