Solenn Heussaff need not say she is an It Girl—the range of her varied talents speaks for itself.

The actress-host-model-painter-makeup artist-fashion designer recently took to social media and showed to her fans her finished painting, a massive piece that took her over 200 hours to create.

The painting featured the mundanity of a street scene: some barefoot vagrants sitting on the curb, a parked scooter, a crate of soft drinks, a vendor with her basket, and locals seemingly waiting for their ride home or elsewhere.

“People ask me where I get my [inspiration] from,” she wrote on Instagram on Feb. 7. “From real people. That’s the only thing that matters.”

In the next picture, Heussaff showed the photograph of the scene she took that inspired her to paint.

“All my paintings are based on photos I take while at work,” she said.

In previous posts, Heussaff shared photos of her hard at work on her painting. In one such post last Feb. 6, she can be seen sprawled on the floor doing the finishing touches.

“205 hours,” she said. “I want to cry lol. Didn’t think I would ever finish this one haha. #SolennArt #Chaos.”

She also documented the process of creating her piece, showing that an artwork requires time and effort. Last December, she shared a photo of her painting in its early stages and said it was the first time she had to study a scooter for a piece.

“While sick and bored = paint,” she said then. “Have never had to study a scooter before lol. Now I know.”

It was a project she took on just before the year ended, sharing last Dec. 13 a photo of her getting started on her painting by filling in with pigments the sketch she initially made.

“#Chaos coming to life,” she quipped.

Heussaff, who has been painting since she was 3, is quite passionate about the art form. A year ago, in February 2018, she ticked mural painting off her bucket list upon finishing a commissioned mural for salon The Bloc by Junie Sierra & Co.

Another notable artistic milestone of hers in 2018 was exhibiting one of her paintings at the Oliver and Espig Gallery of Fine Arts in Palm Beach, California.  /ra
