Are Kris Aquino and Boy Abunda still friends?

Kris Aquino has finally answered the question whether or not she and Boy Abunda are still friends.
The Queen of All Media got completely honest when one netizen asked her if she and the King of Talk still get in touch with each other. This she answered on her Instagram on Wednesday.
Aquino first posted a video featuring a hand-written letter to her followers that gave them a brief update about her condition following the previous medical examination she had had.
As her followers poured Aquino messages of love and support, one netizen, @nerinear, spoke freely about her thoughts by asking her “Still friends with Abunda, Miss Kris? Just curious.”
“To satisfy your curiosity,” Aquino replied with all honesty, “I believe we’ll always care about each other but we are no longer active participants in each other’s lives.”

And it appears that some of her followers have been longing to know if Aquino and Abunda are still okay, such as another netizen named @onlyjudith_88.

Both personalities have had a long history, as they shared hosting stints in ABS-CBN talk shows such as “Aquino & Abunda Tonight,” “The Buzz” and “Boy and Kris.” Aquino left the station in 2016.
In a November 2018 episode of Abunda’s late-night show “The Bottomline,” he expressed that he missed working with her as a co-host. “She will always be one of the best,” Abunda said of Aquino. “Kami ni Kris, basa namin ang isa’t-isa. Uumpisahan niya ang sentence, tatapusin ko. We’ve been talking to each other for over 20 years.”
