Jay R, Mica Javier engaged

R&B singer Jay R has proposed to girlfriend Mica Javier after being together for more than five years.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, Jay-R posted a picture of him and Javier with caption “Meet my fiancé.”

It can be seen in the photo that Javier is wearing an engagement ring
