LOOK: Robin Padilla builds childproof playground for baby shower, play dates

Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla couldn’t be happier to show off her husband’s handiwork in building a childproof playground in their home.

Robin Padilla went to work with help from their staff to build a playground and create a kid-friendly environment after Mariel told him of a planned baby shower for a friend.

The actress writes on an Instagram post, “I told my husband Coco and I were going to host a baby shower for @beeyuncs at home and we will invite kids over he immediately turned our home into a kid friendly zone.“

Mariel also enjoyed being able to hold future play dates at their home so that their daughter Isabella could play with other kids.

“It was so much fun seeing the kids run around and playing. My Isabella was so happy and that means the world to me.”

The couple’s love for their daughter appears to know no boundaries. For Isabella’s first birthday, Mariel and Robin held a grand Spanish-themed party. It was attended by a good number of celebrity guests carrying their own little ones.  /ra
