Comedy couple Jordan Peele, Chelsea Peretti welcome firstborn

Actress and comedian Chelsea Peretti gave birth to her first child with husband Jordan Peele last July 1.

The news was only revealed through E! News July 17.

The “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star and the “Get Out” director held their baby shower in June, sporting hats labelled “Daddy Cool” and “The Queen”:

In attendance were Peretti’s co-stars from “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” Joe Lo Truglio and Melissa Fumero, fellow comics Sarah Silverman and Nick Kroll, and Hannah Simone from “New Girl”.

The shower was probably too much fun that they forgot to take group pictures, so Peretti invited some friends back for a reshoot:

Peele and Peretti married in 2016, with only their dog as witness.
