Despite her ‘vacation,’ Sharon Cuneta still calls ABS-CBN her ‘home’

She may have gone for a “vacation” on another station but one thing’s for sure: Sharon Cuneta regards no other “home” but ABS-CBN.
Despite transferring for a while, she expressed gratitude to her mother network for its appreciation of her hard work through the years. Proving this is her portrait still hanging on the hallways of ABS-CBN, together with portraits of the rest of the big stars of the network.
She recently took to her Facebook account to express her gratitude to her “home.”
“This has been hanging in one of ABS-CBN’s studio hallways for almost two decades now. They never took it down even when I went on a ‘vacation’ with another station! Home is home. ABS-CBN is mine,” she wrote.

Most people, especially millennials, surely grew up seeing her perform and host her TV shows with ABS-CBN. Since the late 1980s, the young and vibrant Megastar had already been a Kapamilya weekend staple through her musical variety program “The Sharon Cuneta Show”. She went on to do more talk shows, with her name top-billing said programs, proving her worth and legacy in the industry. JB
