After much speculation from Pinoy netizens, it looks like “Jackass” star Steve-O has indeed recently been in Philippine shores.

The 43-year-old television personality posted a photo of himself riding the magnificent waves of Siargao Island in Surigao del Norte.

Prior to the photo confirmation, netizen Michael Carlton Abalon shared a snap of himself along with the raunchy stunt performer, who he claimed to have bumped into Ongpin St. in Binondo, Manila.

Judging by his recent posts on Instagram, Steve-O looks to be traveling in Asia, as he was also recently spotted in Hong Kong, which is just a few hours away from Manila by plane.

Meanwhile, Steve-O, who’s born Stephen Gilchrist Glover, first rose to prominence through the MTV reality show Jackass.

Along with other daredevils like Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera, the group performed absurd, crude and self-injuring sets of stunts and pranks in the TV show.

The series was so popular that it spawned eight adaptations in the big screen. JB
